At EAST TO WEST, we take pride in our craftsmanship. We implement manufacturing standards to ensure each EAST to WEST brand is built to the same quality and specifications. Our five guiding principles provide a benchmark for our company and the creation of unvarying products that increases employee involvement and empowerment to reduce the overall costs to the end customer. All units are designed with you and your family in mind.
We recognize that environmental responsibility is not only good for business but is an integral part of the manufacturing process. EAST TO WEST uses a sustainable manufacturing process that focuses on improving our efficiency on the production line while conserving our resources, eliminating waste and reducing our overall energy related costs.
Our company seeks to minimize the impact of our manufacturing process at every stage of production with company wide waste reduction goals. By directly separating, sorting and recycling material waste and scrap on the production line, EAST TO WEST can minimize its ecological impact, continue to reduce our carbon footprint on the environment as well as improve our bottom line and pass the savings on to you - the end user!
To guarantee that each unit meets our expectations, each unit goes through rigorous point to point inspections throughout the entire manufacturing process. With multiple quality control inspections during the production line and in final finish, we can confirm a high level of production quality. The last checkpoint before delivering a unit to a dealer is the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI).
